The Mid-America Telecommunications Association (MATA) is an organization of telecommunications professionals dedicated to advancing our operational, management, and technical skills.  With a unique membership of major telecommunications managers, users and technology providers we are able to discuss issues confronting the telecommunications industry as well as innovations from various sources that impact on the members business needs. Through a variety of programs and presentations we:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of current and developing technologies and trends.

• Exchange information and experiences with each other for mutual benefit.

• Monitor local, state, federal, and international regulatory changes that effect the telecommunications industry.  

• Network with professional telecommunication colleagues in relaxed, and often unique, atmosphere.

• Gaining experience in leadership, self-development, and management skills through participation in committee work or membership on the Board.
